### 34 Percy Street (2024) - A Culmination in Preservation The latest phase of this multi-year effort is the full-scale restoration of 34 Percy Street, a 19th-century residence once featured by The Post and Courier as being on the verge of demolition. In 2022, Glaws acquired the deteriorating home, recognizing its architectural and historical significance. OCB undertook the complex task of stabilizing its failing structure, restoring original materials, and reviving its defining historic elements. Under the expert guidance of project architect Alison Dawson, AIA, and the development team from Old City Builders, the property has undergone a meticulous restoration, stabilizing its structure and restoring original materials while honoring its historic essence. The cohesive interior design, crafted by Studio Maman Interiors and led by Sarahglenn Boman and Rebecca Rumph, unifies all five buildings in this development, ensuring each space reflects Charleston's character while providing modern livability. The results speak for themselves.
